In early March, one of our group members somehow ended up in Poland. They ended up exploring and wandering the streets of Wrocław. Pictured below is the view from the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist:
Along with endless museums and beautiful cathedrals, the food was very intriguing. The local food was exquisite:
The Galeria Neon Side was a must-see at nighttime:
The city is filled with gnomes. The gnomes were put up in the 1980’s as a form of protest against authoritarianism, and now they serve as popular tourist attractions. There are over 600 gnomes in the city:
